How I passed my time

Got into this drama frenzy recently due to my (reasonably) long break. I started watching mainly Korean dramas like Secret garden, Queen In Hyun's man, Answer me 1997 and Suits. As expected, I caught the "korean bug" and this probably sparked my interest in Hangul once again. But seriously, koreans' acting skills are really awesome.

Story line falls more on fantasy side. There was a tinge of disappointment when  the crux  of  the story line was  aired but  highly engaged by the remarkable acting skills of the actor and actress (involving switching of gender roles).  Albeit a tad bit disappointed with the puerile story line, the acting really made up for it. This show has been one of the shows in which I can empathise with the actor/actress despite being far from where they are.
4.0/5.0

This drama was a little monotonous in the beginning (still bearable) and everything just got better as it progressed along. It is seemingly like a "Modern Family" concept whereby after ever episode, there will be some life lesson learnt. What I really love, is the emotions that the cast gives. I think Koreans are just great actors. This is definitely the type of drama you can sit back and enjoy this banter.

One of the dramas which I think acting skills was mediocre? The female lead's really cute though. Another  far-fetched story line but I think Korean just like to have such a plot? It's a drama really similar to Roof top prince but impact was only mehhhhh. I probably just stay on watching because I wanted to finish this drama and the female lead was cute.

Totally a new genre of English show I am watching. My genre generally revolves around comedy, girly or crime investigation. When I started out watching, I was lost in trying to grapple the law jargon. Nonetheless, I think the show  has clearly tried to make it less complicated and more comprehensible to the audience. Not so much of comedy expected but captivating (enough) story line I must admit.
3.5/5.0
Ok so I am done reviewing my dramas and this is basically how I spent a quarter of hols - watching dramas.
