Wowzzy, this week passed by real quick. It's Sunday once again and it only meant that the weekend has come to an end. I am left with one more week of clinical and it's school term again. I cannot emphasis enough on how this year has been passing a tad bit too fast.
I met some London friends from the exchange in CGH and they were absolutely awesome to hang out with. Last friday we had some good time just chilling out and getting to know each other more (apart from the fact that I spent 3 whole days with one of them). They made us realise that Singaporean actually add loads of "ah..." behind. For example, "uncle ah", "auntie ah", "toilet ah". Yknow how Singaporean are (in)famous for our Singlish? You would relate singlish with "lah", "leh", "loh" but just not "ah". Right??? Anyways, we picked up some british slang as well. In Singapore, we usually describe a muscular guy as buff but in the UK they say hench instead. Buff thing or Peng would be described for a pretty lady. Interesting much? We had a great time chilling at MBS and playing games. Can't wait for to have another get together soon!
This week had been great and the Lord has been so faithful in my life. I am still holding the Mark 11:20-24 verse close to my heart every single day. Such a blessing to receive this revelation and such a blessing to be attending New Creation.
I actually do have lotsa other "miscellaneous" things to blog about but I shall keep in my heart and pray over it before I actually rant it in this space. Have a blessed week ahead everyone!
