Nothing beats spending time with The Lord

This was one of the weeks that I was ill for more than a week and it was absolutely horrible to pull throughout the days. Nonetheless, I committed my sicknesses to Jesus and proclaimed His blessing upon me each and everyday.

Today is Sunday and I have not fully recovered. Despite feeling groggy in the morning, I chose to continue serving in RK. Unfortunately, today was one of those days that we were shorthanded. I was handling 13 4 year old kids single handedly. It ain't an easy job but Lord you made my burden light. My kids were amazingly obedient and lovable today.

After serving, I was contemplating to skip service or to go because i was simply drained out. Eventually I went to service and boy, it was amazing. To every Christians who face the dilemma of going or not going for services, know that you'll not leave the service empty handed and that our God will supply you more than you'll ever ask for. Today's sermon impacted me in some many different angles. It was like everything that I was battling with was being resolved as the sermon proceeded. My God truly knows me so well and I am happy that I have chose to start my week right by being in the house of God. You are my light in the darkness, my beacon of hope when I fill like there's nothing left for me. I am truly blessed and loved by You.

To top it off with all the awesomeness already, it was Pastor birthday today (not the actual day). I am eternally grateful for this man of God who has appeared in my life. He may not know me personally but his sermon has reached deep into my souls and allowed me to open up to love my Jesus. Through him I am able to see Jesus and all the good things that has been in stored for me. Blessed birthday to my pastor and PREACH IT PASTOR!

No words. Absolutely no words can describe my gratitude to my church. This church has given me the best gift I have ever received which is knowing Jesus and even the loveliest experience of serving God, serving the little children. I am proud to be a server in NCC and thankful for invaluable experience you've gave me. Thank you NCC and may we continue to reach out to as many non-believers as we can!

As the following weeks come, I am fueled spiritually to take on whatever is coming my way because I will always have my daddy God to lean on and my strength is renewed in the presence of The Lord. Blessed week ahead!
